FACE TO FACE LIFE COACHING 

Individuals looking for a personal interactive service should consider face to face coaching. 

In a face to face coaching environment we will work with you to understand your goals, difficulties, ambitions and aspirations. We examine body and verbal language to establish a thorough understanding of your personal traits. We then develop and implement, in-conjunction with you, a solution focused plan which we work together as coach and fulfillment to achieve the life aim in your desired time frame. All in a supportive & positive environment.

With face to face coaching we become your mentor, guide, friend and partner in achieving your desired aims. We do not not provide recommendations or question the motives of the individuals goals. It is our role to help you achieve the aims through our tried and tested successful process which empowers you to be successful now and provides you skills to continue your success in the future.

There are a number of different focus area's a Life Coach can provide. We focus on a solution centric mode which can cover a myriad of life or business areas. We also implement NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming where required.

Face to face coaching has been demonstrated to be very effective in creating a catalyst for change within individuals. Face to face coaching is conducted in selected locations and can be purchased on a 1 month block basis with weekly face to face meetings.
