E-Coaching services are purchased in a 1 month block and include 2 email interactions per week, i.e. 8 email interactions.

A Life Coaching is trained to provide support, mentoring and guidance through a formal process which is recognized for its effectiveness in helping individuals achieve the best that they can be. A Life Coach does not provide recommendations or questions the motives of the individuals goals.
