How much does it cost?
Costs will vary depending on which style of coaching you decide to use.
Personal Coaching is available from A$125 per coaching session (typically 1
hour) and you decide the number of sessions required. You can also elect to
stop sessions at any time. The Life Coach Pack, for those looking to learn
Life Coach skills and Self Coach is A$99 inclusive of e-coaching and the
package which is sent to you.

Does Life Coaching provide psychological
or health counseling?
No, Life Coaching is about getting the things in life you have always wanted
but have not yet achieved, goals, ambitions, life transitions, planning,
happiness, relationships, career etc. Many Life Coaches are skilled in areas such as career
achievement, living a balanced life, business planning/sales/marketing,
achieving wealth, successfully completing education, relationships or many
other general life area's. These topics are not typically the domain of a
Psychologist and are therefore supported by Life Coaches.
A Life Coaching does not specialize in any particular area, the experience
base covers most general topics from personal achievement, to business and
corporate/executive requirements. We utilize a successfully tried and tested
Coaching methodology which has been developed for use on many facets.
I have a friend who has always been
successful, can I get help from him/her instead of a life coach?
Yes, we should always help one another. If you find your friend can help
you and is skilled in the area of achieving goals, then yes gain their help
and support. If you find you cannot obtain the services of a friend and opt
for formal Life coaching by a A Life Coaching, we will provide you the
knowledge to achieve your aims and then for you to hopefully be a friend to
someone else in a time of their need.
How can I justify the expense?
A Life Coaching provides a range of services to meet your specific
needs, and also your budget.
Your goals and ambitions can only be quantified by you. What is the cost in
your life, or business if you do not achieve your goals?
Where we provide direct life coaching
services, instead of the Self Coaching Pack, we undertake a level of back
office work which you may not see when we are either talking through phone
coaching / face to face, or when utilizing email coaching services. This non
interactive work includes preparatory meeting time, research, development of
action plans, preparation of documentation, review processes etc.
As an example, if you were to select Email Coaching over a 3 month period,
with weekly email correspondence, we estimate a Life Coach time based
workload per client of between 24 and 34 hours, depending on the individuals
requirements. The costs of a Life Coach are therefore based on the total
work expectation including the time taken during the interaction plus the
average time taken before and after direct interaction for the coach to fulfil the coaching methodology.
Why use 'A Life Coaching' instead of
another coach?
Your primary requirement for using a Life Coach is no doubt an immediate
need. In addition to helping you achieve your immediate goal in an effective
method using a formal methodology to maximize success, we also add the
additional benefit of our focus on teaching you skills and process to 'Self Coach'
successfully.
We genuinely want our clients to develop skills to succeed in life after
our initial interaction. We not only work with you to achieve your immediate
requirement, we are determined to improve your total self confidence and
outlook with a set of new skills.
